Ghost Record Label is an independent record label active on the record market since 2002. We offer Promotion-Distribution services with the aim of promoting Metal&Rock bands, and their project in order to give the right visibility and create a catchment area and audience in line with the proposed genre. For this reason our work is targeted and aimed at specific channels and never outside the genre range.

PROMOTION

It is about promoting the band and their work with specific objectives through online reviews (Italian and foreign sites) and on paper, online interviews, radio passages and radio interviews, telephone interviews, via whatsapp and hosting. If the band has a video, we will take care of including it in the promotion through our video channel. Our policy includes video promotion with an initial insertion of a Teaser as a preview and, after a maximum of 7 days, the official video.

DISTRIBUTION

Our distribution service is focused on three different fronts and specifically: an ONLINE distribution (Crashsound), where it is possible to purchase the CD with a secure PayPal method and with shipping costs paid by the label, a DIGITAL distribution service (Believe ITA or Awal UK) touching over 240 digital stores including i-Tunes, Spotify, Napster, Amazon, Googleplay etc… .

PROMOTIONAL STEPS

STEP 1
It is important to take care of the band’s image right away, for this reason, in all our social networks, we insert the band with, where applicable, photos, biography, videos, mp3s.

STEP 2
Press release of entry into the roster on all our social networks and on dedicated Facebook pages so as to begin promoting the band and their work.

STEP 3
Press release on both dedicated and non-dedicated webzines, in the sense that it is our intention to make the bands in our roster known to as many people as possible, therefore we not only insert the press release on webzines specific to the band’s genre but also on other non-sectoral ones. Both Italian and foreign.

STEP 4
Send Presskit to webzines and paper magazines to promote the project. We generally work with Link and send to both Italian and foreign webzines and magazines. For each review published, we also provide the interview.

V° STEP
We provide radio interviews in Italy and passages on Italian and foreign radio stations, in the “dead” period in which the various reviews must be released, this is because it is essential that the name of the band circulates constantly and with the least possible interruption of time. This is why our work is diluted over time throughout the contractual .

VI° STEP
With regard to this step there are different timeframes to respect:
Online distribution of the CD and on the Bandcamp channel takes place IMMEDIATELY
Digital distribution requires TWENTY DAYS from the request
