PANDEMONIUM CARNIVAL

Punk-Rock “Horror” band from Rome formed in 2013 by the dissolution of Killer Tomatoes, in vogue in the Italian underground between the years 90/2000, by two of the four components, Esky and Si-J. The current line-up consists of Esky (vocals), Zico (guitar), Si-J (drums) and Grery (bass) who replaced the first bassist, Skino, present until 2018. The new name, Pandemonium Carnival, takes inspiration from the novel Something Wicked This Way Comes written by Ray Bradbury. With two records released, “Pandemonium Carnival” and “Pandemonium Carnival II”, both made in Rome, in the HombreLobo recording studio, Pandemonium Carnival are also known outside Europe, reaching a good following in America as well of the South. They have great experience of live performances in punk-rock, hardrock, psychobilly and pop rock themed clubs and festivals. Their sound is quite eclectic and takes inspiration from ’70s/’80s punk-rock like the Misfits, Ramones and Cramps. The voice recalls the timbres of Joey Ramone, Glenn Danzig, Michale Graves, Dave Gahan, Ian Curtis and Peter Murphy. The guitar ranges from new wave sound to hard rock with harmonic, enveloping but also hard and raw sounds. Bass and drums, with their strong impact, present themselves with solid and powerful rhythms, ranging from rock’n’roll to heavy metal. The lyrics (in English) are mainly based on sci-fi horror films from the 50s/60s/70s, a passion that unites all the members of the band. All accompanied by a captivating constantly evolving scenography and make-up, naturally in a horror theme.
